STEP 2- WE CLEAN
The day before your cleaning service we will send you a reminder text and email to remind you of your upcoming move out cleaning service. On the day of, our team will arive at the time we agreed upon and will start the job. Our management team is always a phone call away during the cleaning and we will also check in to make sure all is going well.
STEP 3 - FOLLOW UP
After the cleaning, we will follow up with you to make sure everything went smoothly. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If for some reason you are not happy with our work, we will send another team out there the same day at no additional cost to you.
