How do I create a Fresh Maids account?

When you schedule your first booking one will automatically be created for you.

Do you service my area?

We service the whole Phoenix area. This includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Gilbert, and Fountain Hills.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes everything to make your home sparkle, such as: cleaning and vacuuming floors, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dusting, etc. You can select other services such as us cleaning inside the oven and fridge at checkout.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based off the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, just make your selection and the price will appear instantly. You can also add other services such as deep cleaning, laundry, and other housekeeping tasks to make your life easier.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Nope! We bring all our own supplies.

What does 2 hour window mean?

We try our best to get to you at our scheduled time, however, sometimes we run into traffic. That is why we ask for a 2 hour window. Feel free to reach out to us before booking and we can make sure we will be there when you need us to be if the 2 hour window is an issue.

Is my cleaning professional trustworthy?

We put our employees through an extensive hiring process to ensure that only the finest maids are entering your home. All of our professionals are interviewed and background checked.

What is the refund policy?

If you are not happy with our service we will come out and do a re-clean within 7 days of your original cleaning. If after the re-clean you are still not satisfied, we will give you a full refund.
